This Membership Subscription and Course Payment Disclaimer Policy (“Policy”) governs all membership fees, subscription payments, training program enrolments, and course-related payments made to the International Association of Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Professionals (IACSAIP), headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
By purchasing a membership, subscribing to any plan, or enrolling in any course or training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
2.1 General Rule
All payments made to IACAIP are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Membership fees

Annual or recurring subscription charges

Course, workshop, and training enrolment fees

Certification or examination fees

Administrative or processing fees
Once payment has been submitted, no refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Membership Terms
3.1 Membership Activation
Membership benefits become available upon successful payment confirmation.
3.2 No Refunds for Non-Usage
Failure to use or access membership services, resources, or benefits does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3.3 Automatic Renewals
If you enroll in an automatically renewing membership or subscription plan, you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date.
Payments charged prior to cancellation remain non-refundable.
4. Course and Training Payments
4.1 Course Enrolment
Enrolment is considered final once payment is completed.
4.2 No Refunds for Non-Completion
IACAIPdoes not provide refunds for:

Course non-attendance

Failure to complete a course

Failure to meet certification requirements

Change of schedule or personal circumstances
4.3 Schedule and Content Changes
IACAIPreserves the right to update course materials, adjust schedules, or modify instructors.
Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
5. Payment Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for ensuring:

Correct payment information

Sufficient funds

Proper cancellation of auto-renewals

Compliance with any third-party payment provider terms
IACAIPis not liable for financial loss resulting from user error or external service issues.
6. Chargeback Policy
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or dispute violates this Policy.
IACAIPreserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate membership

Deny future access to courses or services

Pursue recovery of owed fees

Submit documentation to payment processors to contest disputes
7. Exceptions
IACAIPmay, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions only in cases of:

Duplicate payments caused by a system error

Technical failure that prevents access to a purchased digital product
Such exceptions are rare and not guaranteed.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

All payments to IACAIPare non-refundable

You waive any right to claim refunds, reversals, or credits
